The hotel has recently been remodeled and is brand new, making it perfect for a short stay. The room was a decent size and had all the necessary amenities. Its location near the outlet malls is convenient, and the staff provide excellent service. The food was tasty and the overall experience was positive.

The breakfast had plenty of great food and drinks. The hotel had indeed a marvellous location close to activities.

The rooms here are newly updated, and they come with a microwave and fridge.

The food here is excellent and the staff members are super nice, just like having a housekeeper around. The rooms are really modern, recently updated with a comfy bed, a microwave, and even a pull-out sofa. 🛋️

The pool/ water park was appropriate for our children's age.

The pools and hot tubs were not the cleanest.

I didn't know that they were in the process of remodeling and because of that I was dirty in the entrances and where they are remodeling, many workers in the hallways and everywhere I didn't feel deprived and there was a lot of noise from the machines.One thing that bothered me was that, I didn't have a schedule for them to clean the room, they came to clean and I told them to give me 5 minutes to go out and they could clean the room and they didn't come back and I didn't have any toilet paper and I asked across the street at the counter and they said they didn't have any, I had to go to the store to buy toilet paper, and spend all day with the garbage, waiting for it. Convenient Location 📍

This place is in a great spot, not too far from attractions, restaurants, and the highway. Plus, it's close to indoor water parks and a lively tourist area.

Bedding, quiet, breakfast , location all were superb. The gals at the front desk were wonderful, and helpful and friendly. They get a 10.

I did not like the way the manager Chris handled me when I talked to him about not knowing that the pool wasn't open and asked to be compensated. I explained that I had come for rest and quiet and the pool. He was arrogant, unbending, told me $30 is all the pool was worth per day, and said I could leave and find another hotel if I wasn't satsified with that. (I had already unpacked, had dinner and this was the next day when I went out and realized no pool). He said he had waterpark coupons that I could use, or the indoor pool. I was very nice but told him I wasn't interested in either and I would have booked elsewhere had I known the outside pool was not available. I am 72 years old . The only thing I said to him after knowing that I was getting nowhere is that his customer service skills stunk. I couldn't believe his attitude.

The staff was fabulously friendly and the place was exceptionally clean. The room was newly decorated and had a dining area, a sitting area, and a writing table as pictured in advertising. I had pleasant days staying at this brand-new hotel.

This hotel is perfectly situated near attractions and restaurants, and it's conveniently away from the HoChunk casino.

I ordered a queen bed and received 2 twins

Our double room on the 3rd floor was super nice and looked like it had just been set up. The hotel's location was awesome, just 10 to 15 minutes away from all the cool stuff around 🌟.

The location. Rooms were clean. Front desk staff excellent

Tv didn't work. Maintenance never came to address the problem. In eating area tile floor was sticky most of the days. Good rather overlooked (eggs)but for the most part excellent. Stayed 5 days. 4 days of sausage got old. Would have liked to see bacon one more day
